prelude parking lights... location of wire?

prelude parking lights... location of wire?
alright I've replaced my combo switch and harness.... that didn't fix my lights... some guy told me that some where under the dash theres a single wire with a fuse on it (kinda like a amp power wire) and that it happen to him and it was that fuse, but he can't recall where that wire is.... wondering if anyone can help me out if they know where it's at!, thanx!
