I need some input on which short ratio gears to get. Application for 1/4 mile drag. I mean maintaining the stock tranny housing and changing stock 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th ratios for shorter ones. Currently I've heard for KAAZ and ATS. Which one would be a better choice for 1/4 drag? Or are there other ratios out there? Straight cut dog box is way out of my budget. Your inputs will be very much appreciated.

I'm assuming All Motor. Whats the power output, slick size you plan to use, street car or full race car?

 

I'm running all motor. B16B CTR head on B20B block with JE 84mm high comp pistons. Chasis: JDM 90 crx, fully stripped. Tranny comes from a JDM EG6 with 4.4 final drive. Purchased a cusco LSD. Slick size: 205/50/15. Strictly race. Motor output should be in the region of 220+ whp.
