Default splicing wires .. need help

i want to do something to my wires to my headlights and my signals on my 97 accord. i've seen some cars having the bumper signals turn on when the light turns on, sort of like an integra. does anyone have an idea how to splice the wires to get the bumper signals to turn on, and have it signal also? if anyone knows how, help me, and it would be cool if you show some pictures or instructions.

I know that this has been covered in here before, I know this because I found the information to do it myself....You need to go and get a three wire harness for the bumper lights, then just wire up the constant wire of that harness to your parking lights. It is very simple.

You really don't need any pics. Just go to a junkyard (or Honda) and get the three wire harness (I got mine from a 92-95 Civic), there are two wires that will match up (color for color) to the wires that are already there for the blinkers, wire those up normally. The other one goes to the switched 12V source from the parking lights. I am willing to bet that there are pics somewhere, I am not willing to go and take my car apart just to take pics of one extra wire, sorry.

Here is a pic of what it looks like with the lights on, sorry for the horrible quality pic.

I did it just to look a little different, it also makes the car more visible at night which is always a good thing.

as if the two bright headlights weren't enough..

i have heard many poeple melting their housings when they have the bumper lights constantly on. remember, if you don't wire it right, you will fry the TCU circuit and those are fun to replace. they were designed to handle a certain amount of current, and the tiny 194 bulbs draw a hell of a lot less current than those huge 7440(i think) bumper lights.

I have had no problems with mine, and they have been this way for quite some time now. If you are really nervous of damaging the circuit, you could always add a relay which would take care of any possible issues you might have.

i agree, a relay would solve all your problems if you're worried.
