Fuel pressure
what would be a good fuel pressure to run with my adjustable FPR? I have heard the 50-55 is pretty safe so that's what I'm running right now. I have an f22b1 vtec with most bolt-ons, intake, exhaust, etc. Also, would the aem rail help too?
Honda runs aprox 38 to 46psi regulated, at the fuel rail for the 2.2 litre engines. For the 2.3L, it rises slightly to 50psi.
I'd shoot for something between 40 and 50psi. (with stock injectors)

It's more Injector specific than system, but you would be well served to install an externally adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.
The consideration here is now the Turbo and it's effects to the intake tract.
Ideally, there should be a regulator which auto-adjusts the psi based on manifold pressure, but in the absense of such a device, you should take the Base oem value and add that boost pressure you anticipate using.
IE: 10psi Boost = 38-46psi now becomes 48-56psi
This to maintain a net pressure differential at the nozzle no less than stock to insure a good spray pattern.
