Default Structural Support for Roofless Civic

I don't actually own a civic but my car is very close to the civic in size and everything. I've cut the roof off and I'm leaving it topless but I need some structural support. Assuming my car is a 92-95 civic coupe, how would I go about adding support to it. I don't want the bracing to come up above the doors of the car so everything is hidden. Pictures would be great if that has been done before.

Look into the Del Sols, they have additional chassis support due to the targa top.

it isnt my style... but you should have welded some braces in there prior to removing the roof, now you have no idea if it is correctly lined up and all that. Notice on tv when they restore old muscle cars and stuff they weld bracing in there prior to removing the roof/etc...

You'd think so, but it was still a turd. Also no brakes, so it was probably better that way.

haha that ******* picture makes me laugh. Ok guys lets cut away everything that gives strength to the car, and drive the bitch over bumps. I bet a pot hole at 55 would rip the rear of that car out.

I got news for the poster, your car is fucked already. You should have braced it, then chopped it up, not the other way around. Can you say WARPED?
