My e-brakes are sticking on....
I think the mist yesterday combined with below freezing overnight temps probably froze it, but it took quite a while for them to pop loose earlier.
There's gotta be something to lube up or clean off to help prevent this, but I have no idea what it is, and I don't have an EP3 manual (its a disc swap). I'm sure the return spring is in someway involved, but I don't know if its a cable issue or dirt in the spring, or something internal with the e-brake mechanism. It doesn't do this when its warm, but since they're not popping loose right away like the pad was frozen to the rotor face, I've think I've got it at least narrowed down to a mechanism issue. Any help?

are your cables set to tight? maybe they are sticking because the pad is pressed too tightly onto the rotor? that's the only thing i can think of.
I did my rear disc swap over the summer, but then again, my car is garage kept. so it isn't chilling outside in the freezing.
hope that might help a little...
