Default baffled by gauge

ok, so i just read the ask a tech thread and dont really wanna post this but i will anyways, lol. ok so i have a 94 accord, H22 swap, dunno if thats relavant, where im gettin is the air/feul ratio gauge reads like tach, i know its all hooked up correct, or so i assume, according to alldata the O2 sensor's 4 wires are 2 heat wires, i to the computer which i have the gauge wired to and one for ground, so why does the gauge read like a tach, not aluminated all the way around and one led in between to show lean, stoich or rich????? any help or tips would be helpfull, thanks alot

Surprisingly, I'd expect no less.
Well, think about it; the A/F mixture is never fixed (except in Fail-safe / Limp-home mode) and it ranges from full lean during deceleration to an enriched state during acceleration, and it's constantly changing in response to system requirements.
It may be that I don't have a grasp on what you're asking, but I'd expect to see it jumping all over the place
