H23 Head Bolts, Reverse Thread?

Im trying to get this head off, reverse thread? or do i need more torque?

You need 1/2 tools and a large breaker bar. Trust me.

They're definately not reverse threaded.

I think they are 14mm and I had to use an impact socket b/c I split the regular Craftsman one. 1/2" ofcourse.
