Can't remove distributor rotor on accord
The Distributor rotor should have a set screw retainer. If this is has been removed or is missing (and it will still not come off) you may be the second victim of a practice I've seen here but once before.
Some "I gotta get to work NOW" kinda person epoxied the rotor to the distributor shaft.
This other victim had to chisle the old rotor off and chip the old epoxy off the shaft b4 he could return the car to service.
Hopefully yours is just temporarily stuck.
If not, you may have to break it off, using either a set of side cutters or a sharp small chisel.
