Default CAM SETTING ZC DOCH

hi there man just to let u know that i try to set up the cam timming and this is what i got i advance the timming ignition and advance the intake cam 3 degree and retard the exhaust cam 1 degree some people told me to advance both but i read an article http://www.sportcompactcarweb....gy01a/ say that if i advance the exaust cam the engine loose a lot of power and the overlap if u can help me with that and clear my mind like always i will apreciate it thanks regards

ok so sorry this is the question want to know that is really true that if i advance the exhaust cam am gonna loose power because a lot of people set both cam advance for more torque
