Default Carbon fiber trunk?

Does anyone know where to find inexpensive carbon fiber parts (trunk)? I've looked around and the cheapest I found was 485 +s&h.

if you're looking for cheap parts... sell the S.. cause you definently can't afford it.

news flash, you hard earned money doesn't go as far as it used to, no matter what you purchase.

If you love the S and you desire to keep it and mod it, you better accept the fact now that it's not going to be cheap to make it nice and worthwhile.

I've had my S for almost 2 years and it's still bone stock. I love them just the way they are. If I wanted something faster, I would have bought something faster.

I dont think it is necessary to get a carbon fiber hood or trunk since they are pretty light weight as it is. You'll prob save more weight by chucking the passenger seat and spare, or get some even lighter wheels than save extra weight with the carbon. But if it suits you it suits you. I find nothing wrong with looking for cheap aka inexpensive aftermarket parts either. Apparently there are quite a few who have money to throw away. The only guy I know who has money to burn (thanks to wealthy grandparents from both sides of the family who buy him a new car every year, pay for his house, his tution, and supplies him with $2k pocket money), doesnt even care about modding. He just buys whatever he wants, drives the crap out of it, and then buys the next car that is faster when it comes out. Right now he's getting some sort of GT version of the 350Z from Japan cuz the only dealership in the west coast that has it refuses to sell it to the dealership in vegas. And oh yeah, if I tell him there is a place he can get something for cheaper, he gets it there! Like the new Dell laptop I got for him for 40% off recently.

So I dont see why people are ******* this guy for asking about an inexpensive place to get something. Yeah, I get the same oil filter at a lower price on Ebay then the stealership too, so I guess I shouldnt be driving a S too by that argument.
