i needed to know where are some places to find 13x 7 inch rims.

I believe the Rota makes a wheel in that size that is a watanabe/panasport lookalike.

If the OP is looking for street wheel then Panasports are a good choice.

If its a motorsports-only wheel, then you can go with Diamond, Keizer, Kodiak, Revolution, Ciricle Racing, Weld, Lenso etc etc etc.....

What type of rim are you looking for? for drag racing? AutoX? Road Racing? theres several brands that you can choose from depending on the type of use.
