Poor gas mileage in an LS?
Wondering what I can do to get better MPG in my 95 auto Integra. I'm only getting around 200 [edit] miles to the tank [/edit], only driving hard about 10% of the time. It has 123k miles on it, but they're all highway miles driven from the suburbs to work in the city everyday. Some things to note, when the hood is popped and I rev the engine via the throttle cable, it stinks of gas. I don't see ANY fluids leaking anywhere, but I figured that was an important piece to mention. Thanks.

you might have a small leak because when you rev it's not supposed to smell like gas..... check out your fuel filter and your fuel injectors they might be dirty and clogged
i have an auto GS and i get about 220 to the tank, so thats about the same as mine. And mine is brand new, and has been getting that gas mileage since the day i got it with only 9 miles on it. Though I did notice that since I advanced the timeing 2 weeks ago, that the gas mileage has gone up to about 250 a tank now.

I thought i was getting a bad mpg
i've reached at max 375 before but for everyday i get around 300 easily.
normal: 320 before filing up again......
I'm thinking of also changing my fuel filter......jus for tune up
