hey im from Cedar Rapids iowa and ive been thinking about getting some rims. what condition are they in? whats the lowest youd take picked up?

right now they are dirty 
besides that they are in great condition, no curb rash, bends, etc...the center caps are cracked a lil bit but i think all the volk caps are notorious for that, well in my experience with the 3 that i own they crack very easy
