CRX Bra, Headgasket, AC, misc parts, radar detectors
My flatmates are getting sick of all the parts lying around the place, so I have to clean up a little...
Sorry about the gigantic pics.
Like the title says:
My car came with the Bra, I don't use it so it's going to go. It's dusty from lying around, but it's in good shape. Has all 3 pieces, fits well still, all the straps are there. It's black leather/vinyl (not sure) with "CRX" embroidered in white over where the H is on the hood.

I have a new OEM A6 headgasket, still in the bag. It came with my A6 top end gasket set, but I used a metal one I bought separately.

JDM Honda hose clamp, 80 shipped OBO.

I have an extra driver's side hood hinge, battery tray with hardware, intake manifold bracket, and an extra driver's side taillight (trim is cracked, but light is intact). Have a pic of the hinge, but the taillight and other stuff aren't at my apartment at the moment.

All the AC I pulled out of my car, minus the condenser and underdash stuff , already claimed. Here's what's left:

I also have a box full of random clips and connectors. I have a complete timing belt cover. I also have a whole bunch of plug wire holders, the ones that clip on the valve cover, I grabbed all the ones I could find at the junkyard over the summer. There are a lot of little pieces and clips and stuff in there, if you are missing any random parts from your engine bay ask me about it.
make offers, I'm not terribly attached to any of this stuff, I just need to get rid of it.
Ok, I now own 4 radar detectors, the newest one is an X50 so the other 3 have to go. Yes, I know I have a speeding problem.
First off I have a Cobra ESD-6200 that came with my car. It works ok, but I'm used to my parents' X50s or my roommate's V1. It has a voice alert function where it talks to you saying things like "Caution K Alert" and is generally pretty entertaining to have it in the car with another person. The detection leaves something to be desired but like I said I'm used to Escort and Valentine, you get what you pay for. Best offer.
Second, I have an Escort SOLO. This is an older detector, my dad gave it to me when he got his Passport 7500. This is an excellent detector. It runs on batteries only, I used it on my motorcycle and never got a ticket. It does have a plug for a power cord but I do not have a cord for it. I also don't have the suction cup mount thing for it, but they are pretty cheap. The only thing I worry about with this one is that it has been dropped a few times, both before I got it and a couple times it slid off the seat of my bike. It seems to function fine in X and Laser bands but K and Ka are intermittent, though I haven't tried it next to another one. Escort can fix this, they have been very nice to me in the past, all of my family's detectors were purchased directly from Escort. When you call them and tell them the serial number, they can see it was purchased from the factory and they are very nice with customer service, my dad got a free X50 when they came out, he's literally bought every detector they've made since 1990 or so except the SOLO II (which is probably on the way, he just got a bike this year). Best offer (batteries not included
)
Finally I have an original Escort Passport. This one is free, you pay shipping. It's pretty old, My grandfather had it in his car since I think the late 80's or early 90's until two years ago. I have used it, it works great but only picks up X and K band. I have all the stuff that goes with it, including an extra suction cup. It's not the really old giant one with the analog gauge, it has LEDs and is normal size (actually smaller than my X50). Since it doesn't get Ka or Laser, it's useless to me, but if you live in a realy rural area or something it might help you. Like I said, free, you pay shipping.
