I NEED HELP WITH A HEAD SWAP

i have a 93 accord ex with the f22a6 and i would like to know what would be needed to do a head swap from a f22b vtec head to mine, because i would like to make my motor vtec so please help and thank you

f22a6 head is better than the f22b1 head, vtec or not...
