Someone help!!
Ok heres the situation.
I have a 1990 Honda Accord EX. 4 Door, AUTOMATIC.
I've been dealing with a "cold start" problem. In the morning if its really cold, my car takes awhile to start. But whats strange is, every time i turn my car off...i hear a noise which i think could be the fuel pump?? It sounds like a pumping noise, and its very loud. I've been hearing it for around 4 months now.
The car wouldn't start this morning...and now i don't hear the sound of the fuel pump.
Any ideas on what it could be??

If, what you were hearing was a whiring or humming noise from the rear of the car; then yes, that was the fuel pump. Loud pumps aren't normal; and are normally indicative of an impending failure.
But there are several things to chech first.
a) 15 amp Fuel Pump Fuse in the Pass Compartment Fuse Box
b) Main relay operation
c) Battery vo;tage tp pump with Ign key on.
