Night time Lewd....... Help me with my night shots.

how can i change the settings IE ISO Shutter speed, ex.
i suck at night shots

The light is shining on the passenger side of the car, so you'd want to concentrate on that side, or turn the car around if you want more of the drivers side. I'd shoot with the light, as opposed to against it.
