Default 91 F20B swap?

I got a 91 LX coupe with the stock F22a1...the harmonic balancer kept fallin off over a period of time cause the crankshaft is stripped where the key goes in through the balancer from me dumpin the clutch and speed shifting and various other forms of neglect....anyways ive resorted to replacing the entire motor...and im considering the F20B out of the JDM 97-up SiR accord cause of the alleged 200hp dohc vtec 2.0 The most common swap is the H22A1 but i just wana know if the F20B would even fit and if so...which one would be easier to swap...being that the H22 is 2.2 and the F20 is 2.0....who knows?

the F20B is a direct swap except for wiring and the torque is less than the f22s so do not expect the great low end cruising that you got out of the f22. The top end is better but you have to run the crap out of it to get it to perform....

if you use the standard ecu then yes it will work, however there are two f20b engines I think the one you are talking about is vtec and the one I have is out of an early 1990s euro accord sir model and has like 150 hp..... Mine was a direct bolt in but if you are going from OBD1 to OBD2 then you will need to do some conversions.....

The one im talking about is from the 97-02 JDM SiR accords... rated with like 200hp and like 146lb-ft torque or something.....it varies with sources and most swaps come with the ECU i need and what not....for like $1700 im just tryin to figure out if its a fairly easy swap cause anyone who swaps in an accord has an H22 i wanna be different...obviously.

just put a H22a in it. It will be cheaper and less of a headache tring to figure out what you will need to get the OBD2 to run right on your OBD1 car. If you want to be different then put a turbo kit on the H22a and smoke some peeps....

Well theres obviously a reason why the H22 is the most common swap so yeah it is cheaper and has about 160ft/lbs of torque :-D.... so now inlies another question... anyone know the specifics of swapping a h22 into a 91 lx coupe? .... or maybe i could do some engine work to the stock F22A1??
