right now i have a ls/vtec with 11.6:1 comp and everything is stock.
my question is, is the stock b16 manifold really holding me back in power? ive just heard that im losing close to 10+ wheel hp if id switch to the jdm itr header from my tuner

 

It could be as much as 10 HP going from the stock B16 exhaust manifold to the JDM 4-1 header.

 

I could be 10 (I would say a bit less) but u should deff. look into getting a better header
