compression test on F22B DOHC HELP PLZ!
I'm trying to buy this motor and the compression test results are
Cylinder 1 = 174 PSI
Cylinder 2 = 159.5 PSI
Cylinder 3 = 159.5 PSI
Cylinder 4 = 159.5 PSI
just wonderin if this is good... engine specs are
code: F22B
displacement: 2156
power: 160@6000
torque: 148@5000
compression: 9.2:1
bore: 85
stroke: 95
cam design: dohc
vtec: no
OBD: 1 or 2
Production: 1992-1996 Prelude Si (Japan)
also if it's not good, what kinda compression should I be looking for from this engine?

How many miles are on the motor? IM guessing 120k+
The inconsistency in compression (174 and 159.5 on all others) is not a great sign.
But after 120K miles there will be some piston ring wear, its part of the car life.
Assuming that you are wishing to go turbo buying a F22b. You should rebuild it anyways and the compression results are irrelevant.
If not. Id say the compression test results are not good for your case and I would look elsewhere unless you are going to rebuild
