Default searched with no luck, b18c5 head on b20 block

ok, im looking on ebay and i found an ITR and in the description said the engine was a b18 head on a b20 block. i am an accord driver right now, so i figured id be better asking all of you ITR drivers for advice. ive seen plenty of stuff about b16 heads on b20 blocks, so i wanted to see if this an actual possible swap, and if so what kind of power would it make, how reliable would it be, do i need to worry about revving higher without having to worry about the crank killing itself (dont know much b20 rev limits), etc...? if this has been answered in another post that i couldnt find, could you please let me know? thanks in advance.

The only difference between a Type R head and a B16 head is porting, valve springs and cams.
