Well, while I'm waiting for a response for my other SiR Cluster thread...I was wondering how many people are still running the cable speedo versus the electronic VSS? I remember reading a thread a while back about someone gutting their original mechanical gauge cluster and running the wires from the sending unit to the ECU/SiR Cluster. Does anyone have a link to this?

Just trying to put off installing my electronic VSS, because quite frankly...it looks impossible without the engine out of the car (engine mount is in the way). Has anyone changed out their VSS with the engine/tranny still in the car? I could barely fit my hand down there to verify that what I was partially seeing was indeed the VSS.
