I like it, the engine bay is nice. Did you get a sweet deal or have you just been dreaming of an s13?

Dont know much about the s13, jsut wanted to know what box that is behind the hand brake, like a secondary ECU?
On a secondary note, I have been in one or two s13s, and I will NEVER EVER understand why they carpeted the glove box.

I looked through my options, I have a 93 si 4ws lude for my daily driver and instead of making that my project I decided to do a 240sx. I liked what I was seeing from the research I did. I got the chassis for $500 including the tranny.
I wanna say its the box for the retarded seat belts (ones that slide back when you connect them).
Yes the exterior is rough, but its straight for the most part. I am not worried about the exterior yet. First step, building and turbocharging the motor, second step, suspension

Going KA-T is the way to go imo. It takes a little more effort but its worth it in the end. I had a 1st gen Altima with basic bolt-ons and it was a torquey little thing
Yea, I looked into the sr20det's and all that but decided against it for my own reasons. My startup goal is around 400whp. The motor is definitely overbuilt for that goal, but I wont stop there.
For some reason I love "trailer" pics showing cars getting brought home. Looks like you're making some good progress. 400HP should definately be fun in that. I look forward to reading more updates.

I have the nearly the same pic of my SI coming home
I think you made the right choice not making the prelude your project. Far more potential in the nissan. rear wheel drive, easy to make big power. And a shell for only 500, not too shabby!
