Anyone in newyork area who can build ls/vtec

i want an ls/vtec engine. i have a 94 ls with 120k miles, is there anyone in the newyork longisland area who can do it i dont wana send it out. shoud i rebuild the bottom end?? is the ls/vtec reliable?? any info will be appreciated

Reinforcing the bottom end is a must in order to have a reliable setup.
