Default LS/VTEC

Well I am in the process of building an LS/VTEC motor, here is my set up.
I'm using a B16 head:
Skunk2 stage 2 cams
S2 valves
S2 retainers
S2 valve springs
S2 cam gears
and golden eagle head studs
For the LS block:
USDM ITR pistons .25mm over
LS rods cut to fit pistons
new oem bearings
the block is pretty much going to be stock
JDM GSR transmission:
Exedy stage 2 clutch (normal thickness)
ACT street light flywheeel
And bolt on's:
AEM intake
GSR TB
ITR IM
DC 4-1 header
Invidia test pipe
APEXi WS2 cat back
ECU:
for now its a P72
trying to find a PR3 or a P30 ecu
Let me know what you all think.

x2

You'll hate yourself with that small collector'd header on that LSVTEC.

Also, you didn't mention ARP rod bolts in your list.

ARP rod bolts are essential to an LSVTEC build, unless you want to be stuck revving to stock LS redline.

Get some rod bolts (8mm). They are cheap insurance.

RMF, HyTech, AN-R.

If you're on a budget, get a JDM DC 4-1 with the 2.5-inch collector.

...I'm got one for sale, BTW.

If your cylinders are out of round, you must bore the cylinders and use OS pistons.

You can get OS pistons in .25mm and .50mm over.
