Vtec solenoid/sensor same for all B16/B18 heads?

Are all Vtec solenoid and sensors the same? PreOBD-OBD1-OBD2 all the same?
I'll be using a B18C head.

iy should work for you honda is pretty smart about using the same parts to keep the price down and quailty up

the solenoid plug is different. otherwise the same.
