Default Del Sol JDM gauge cluster swap

This is the first one ive seen that doesnt just plug and play, im going to need some help from the gurus on this one. The dimmer switch is not an integral part of the j-spec one. either that or its missing. Dont know but its not here and im thinking thats why the lights arent lighting up. I know most of the bulbs are good i checked them in the bright lights socket and i seperated the bad ones. but now i cannot get this stupid cluster to light up. What do i do. is there a way i can jump it over the dimmer so that i can still have lights at night untill something else can be done, its kinda hard to drive at night with out a speedometer. wiring diagram would help alot on this,

Just swap the tach and speedo into your USDM housing.
