Great First Post!!!

Just got a 89Crx Hf with the d16a6 motor....300 bucks!!!! super deal!!!

Friend works at auto-zone and they got two cams from crane for the d16a6?? That's news for me....also get a good discount....like half off...

now I know the stock fuel cut on the d16a6 is 7300 or so.... Right now I just got the bullshit bolt-ons...DC sports header, injen intake, catco cat, and tanabe cat-back... Just looking for some decent power to mess with my friends gsr....

Kinda leaning towards the second cam.....any help or tips would be appreciated....thanks...

I'm gonna stick with the D-series motor, and don't mention the min me swap....

The 251-0012 is the cam i have and i think it's a great cam. I do have higher compression though with p29 pistons. But it would work really well with your bolt ons. I would get an adjustable cam gear and a fuel pressure regulator to bump up the fuel pressure a little. Since you have lower compression, the lower end power might be a little weak, so maybe advancing the cam couple degrees may help. I'm even with my friends gsr with exhaust.
