Default leaking cam seals. please help!

got my fresh rebuilt h22 in and got it running only to find out that that i was losing oil pressure. after looking i found that it was my cam seals. they were brand new national seals and i used high temp hondabond around the seals. i tore the cam gears off and replaced the seals with timken seals. this time i used no hondabond. and i still have the leak. i am using the honda manuals torque settings on the cam caps. please help as i have my tuning appointment on tuesday. i will be tearing the gears off again as soon as im done writing this. please help!!!!!! i need to get this thing sealed and test driving tomorrow.

you need to hondabond those seals.

Are you talking about the seals that are on the side of the cam gears or the seal thats next to the distributor ? Regardless, hondabond em. same with the edges of the VC gasket. hondabond is your friend.

Also, don't forget to put a little hondabond between the outside cam caps and the head. The helm describes the procedure... good luck.
