Reving problem on a b18 LS motor swapped into a 88 crx

My friend has a crx and when the motor gets warmed up its starts a random reving (goes up and down) constantly hes not too sure what it is he changed out the computer thinking it went bad but it still revs... PLEASE HELP me with this

it could either be the tps or if its not throwing any codes check the coolant level if your low and i mean real low when the motor starts to warm up it will begion to surge

Might be a vaccum leak, check the Tb and the vaccum lines make sure everythings connected, i had that problem when i changed out my TB and it reved up and down like crazy, gl with that
