SRS light flicker

SRS light flicker
98 Civic Ex 140k mi
driving down the hiway yesterday the SRS light came on. Then went off...I was like "WTF"
The light came on again, then off. I noticed when it comes on that it kind of flickers like there is a short or somethin. Other odd thing when I started my car that day I let it warm up. When I went to drive it I turned on the headlights and the stereo went off for a sec (aftermarket)
all this seems electrical related does it not? ideas / comments are appreciated.
