They're aluminized steel.

A local H-Ter (7808) ordered this kit and got it within a few days!

 

ya adam is a very good guy. i think the prices are a good deal. he has alot of items.

If I run the "exhaust builder" kit, will the 14 gauge piping be too thick for intercooler piping though?

 

There's a guy local to me that'll make any mandrel bend up to 180* in 304 stainless for $10 a bend. DEAL AND A HALF!

THESE are NOT aluminized steel.. They look more like mild steel.. BIG TIME RUST material.. paint them or coat them if you use them!!!

Actually, the ones he sent me are all stainless but in 1.5 inch. This guy is great to do business with. Quick and no B.S.

Yes they are mild steel. You can tell by the welded seam on them.
These are NOT aluminized Steel.

This is an uncut 36" long 4 ply silicone tube.

 

Our shipping prices are pulled directly through the UPS API system, they are based on weight and we add $2.00 for a box. NOBODY is ever overcharged for shipping from us.

NOW - I realise that I can get cheaper rates through DHL and FEDEX -- but my customers need their product NOW, and they get it NOW. No bullshit with UPS - ever. We ship on average of 30+ boxes a day - I have no time to play *check the tracking # and pray*.

Fedex loses every third package I've ever sent with them and their claims department is a joke - they lost a $2700 turbo system of ours 2 months ago -- and dishonored the claim.

I have no experience with DHL to say yay or nay with - but why even bother. UPS gets it there and that's all I care about. It's not worth the risk to save $5.

hey adam its dave Fasd2003. who got your awesome T4 flange Tig weld with a 3" transition to the T4. awesome qauilty for the price i paid guys. anyhow can you PM with the price on those vbands 3" and 2.5" i dont know if i miss your email or deleted, if you sent one. Thanks Dave.

Why not make up some aluminum intercooler build kits in 3" and 2.5"?

Well I put an order in, we'll see how everything is. Order went in on friday and nothing as of today yet.

Yes but it wasn't from there. First time ever I am ordering from this place.

 

I ordered some mandrel bends from racing solutions. Excellent prices and low shipping rates. I got my package in about 2-3 days.

 

My stuff came in today, pretty decent bends, good price, decent shipping time.

 

We are putting up a few aluminum kits in 2.5". 3.0" is coming soon.
