Attached a picture; I just would like to know, the tab with the hole hanging down towards the front of the fender, where does that attach to on the car. Does the headlight piece bolt into that, the splash guard or does a bolt go through that hole that attaches to the car.

 

Im confident that the headlight housing attaches to that.
