Fedex. don't box them. just wrap the front and backs with double cardboard. I had a set of LS/GSR wheels with 195/55's shipped for 14 bucks each.

Since the tires are bald, take 'em off. the wheels would then be small enough to box 2 together and ship. The box demensions will be (roughly) 17x17x14 and those wheels are pretty light, 15#s each or so. So that's your demensions and weight per package
Fedex.com says 68.08 for both packages with 500 insurance on each.
