Default Started MPFI swap now i have problems

The hf wiring harness that i got seems to be missing plugs for the sensors on the manifold. I dont know why but it is not going to work. Also do i need to change my throttle cable? The dx is so long but i never thought about it. The directions seemed so easy but when i compare the two harnesses they look so different with so many more wires. Am i forgeting something? Also how do i hook up the dx vacuum lines the si manifold? Please help.

Yes, you will need the Si throttle cable.

You will also need the Si distributor.

I used my service manual to double check the vacuum lines, and had labeled everything I pulled off (and the places I disconnected them from) so it was easier to figure out what went where.

If you are replacing the entire harness, then you have some work to do to replace them everywhere in the engine bay. I just added the new wires that were needed to my existing STD harness.

u hookup the vaccumes like they are on a si ur map sensor will work.
teh dx throtle cable will work fine...
wut do u mean there arent the plugs u need? u just need injecter plugs, and teh resister box plug ur dx harness has the plugs for everything else just have to lengthen the wires read teh post i made (dx to mpfi directions ) do a search if u havent read it

Here is the question about the vacuum lines
si:

dx:

see how the dx plugs into the map sensor. the si dosent. do i disconnect it from the map and run it to the manifold like shown?

But what about the line that runs into the map sensor? Also do i just get creative with the running of the throttle cable?

Grab a cable from a HF or an Si, I got a HF cable for free at the yard where I bought the EX cluster to have a tach. Either one will be the right length.

1. What will happen if i dont hook up the PCV?
2. When wiring up the injectors it says to connect to the yellow wire. Well there are two yellow wires so which one?
3. Also when wiring the injectors it says to connect the the yellow/black wires. There are three so do i just connect the wire to all 3 or will just one work?
4. What vacuum line connect the the underside of the throttle body near the opening?
5. Do i have to hook up the temperature sensor on the back side of the manifold? (not the eavc)

clarify which injector is #1, 2, etc some si intake manifolds dont use different color injector wires. i have a 90 manifold w/ red w/ black stripe wire and a brown wire to each injector.

Another two wiring instruction lists. I used those two. I think the second one is the more up to date one.

Hook up the PCV Valve. It does no harm power wise and helps prevent oil contamination, Can't give Si details, Went straight fron DX DPFI to ZC MPFI.

It says to connect the yellow/black from the injector resistor to the yellow wires on the dx harnesses? There are three yellow wires on the dx harness and i am not sure if i just connect all three to the resistor or what? Please help.

Also does anybody know what vacuum lines connects to the underside of the throttle body? It is by the opening.
