1993 H22 Crank Pulley Bolt vs 1994-01 H22
It appears that I recieved a 1993 H22A1 block. I was going to use my crank shaft pulley bolt from a 1998 Prelude but, the threads in the crank were too small. I went to majestic honda and went through each year for the H22 and found that the 1993 H22 lude has a different threading. Here's what I pulled from there site.
26098 020 1 BOLT-WASHER (16X49) 1994-2001
93791 020 1 BOLT-WASHER (14X33) 1993
Has anyone else expereinced this?

Well I knew my 92 Si's H23 had a different bolt from the H22A1 I received, but I didn't know what years started w/ the bigger bolt.
Yes I've experienced it, no I didn't know the details about it.

yes theyre different
i think its by years
during 93...there was a transition to use the bigger bolt
if you go to your honda dealer and ask them for a 93 prelude crank pulley bolt....it will show up with 2 different bolts

Whoever owns a helms manual for a 1993 Prelude SI VTEC, could you please see what the Torque Spec is for the Crank Pulley Bolt.
