HELP! power steering pressure line
replaced the rack and pinion and a new pressure line and now I cant get it to seal. I guess I may have tightened it too much idont really know but I cant get it to seal at all and it is driving me nuts can anyone give me a suggestion to fix this problem it is my only car and is getting frustrating it is a 1992 model thanx josh

where is it leaking at ?? at rack or at pump?? if at rack, did you cross thread it >>>?? if you overtighten it, you could have cracked the valve assembly on the rack ,, remove the line. clean the area and see if any cracks,,
if it leaks at pump, install a new o-ring and retry it..

it is leaking at the rack, I didnt cross thread it but on the brass mating flare you can see the marks in it wher I guess I over tightened it the first time is there a way to fix this or do I need another rack just for that?????????thanx
