90 Talon AWD Tsi. Lots of Mods. NEED TO SELL - Maryland

Guys, I really need to sell, so make me an offer. And we'll see if we can work on it.
Here are the aftermarket parts it has on the car. 5 speed Manual
Big 16G, SBR cast manifold (jet hot coated), SBR o2 housing external dump, Greddy Type R BOV, 3" DP, Buschur 3" cat-back with 3" high flow cat, MBC, Extreme short shifter, Walbro Fuel pump 255, Speed-Source Shifter Cable and Base Bushing Kit, MAFT, dejon uicp, dejon intake with k@n filter, sx fpr, jaz catch can, arp head studs, Front Strut Tower Bar, KYB AGX Adjustable struts, Eibach Sportline Springs, ADJ. Rear LCA's, clutchmasters 2100 clutch. Also, car has a turbo timer, boost gauge, brand new headliner, and tires have maybe 500 miles on them.
The big16g has 1500 miles on it, same as motor same with fuel pump, mbc, and extreme short shifter.
Parts like the buscher 3" exhaust and cat, sbr manifold, maft with dejon uicp, greddy type r bov, shifter bushings, and fpr have maybe 50 miles on them at most. Literally just put all this stuff on the car, and is setup to make 400 hp. All that is needed is a bigger turbo and injectors.
The bad:
The motor leaks oil from the crank seal. The timing belt has maybe 150 miles on it, as it was replaced after i bought the car, and the crank seal was replaced, and all new gaskets, but the seal blew out becuase of high crank case pressure. I then added the jaz catch can to fix this problem, but did not have the time nor money to replace the seal again. Also, the power steering leaks from on top of the pump. All that is needed, is to replace two orings on the pump. Cost is maybe 2.50 or so from the dealer. Also, the horn does not work. The body overall is in great condition. A few small minor dings and dents, but nothing even really noticable.
Ok, I just bought this 90 talon a about 5 months ago. Right when I bought it, I replaced a few little things it needed to get passed inspection. The motor is freshly rebuilt, and maybe has 1500 miles on it. Never drove it after I bought it. But because im going back into the military, and just money issues, I have to sell it.
