Any gutted 88 HF will be lighter by about 60-80lbs, but I'm guessing your rex is fully gutted and only has the drivers seat and no sound system.

I havnt weighed it but I am sure the Rex sitting in my garage is a lot lighter. it is a 88 HF It is stripped to the extreme. no interior at all no seats. The on the outside it is stripped even more. No engine hell it dosnt even have any suspension on it. Oh I may have said too much. You may come with a group of people and carry it off

haha crx's are so light anyways, I had an 88 SI semi stripped. On more than one occasion I came out of a diner or store etc...and some friends drove by and noticed my car in the parking lot, it only took 4 kids and they carried my car by the wheel wells to the complete other side of the parking lot..I though it was stolen until they showed me where it was.

Well he didnt say anything about it having to be street legal That thing has NOTHING protecting your *** from dying in a crash....... 
but thats prolly the same reason it was made for kicks and not be driven on the street. And I also dont think they had safety in mind when they chopped it

sflcrx...where in boca do you live. i as well live in boca raton and im like yet to see another crx. i dont know if you've gone to dunkin donuts on 441 glades before but i have gone like twice and still never seen a crx. just curious is all

It also has no way of stopping. No master cylinder, no booster, no ebrake... Just slam it in reverse, bounce it off the rev limiter, and dump the clutch.
