i wanted to know if anybody knows how to tell the difference from type s cams and normal h22 cams and if anybody had pics post some h22 type s cams

Measure the lobes.

 

how would i measure the lobes and what are the sizes of the lobes ?

what exactly are you looking for? pics of the actual physical differences or differences in the cam's profile?

IIRC its almost impossible to tell the difference by looking at them.
Search to find the specs.
