I have a JDM 97 spec ITR ECU - stock ECM no imboilizer no issues. can include the OBDI ECU side connector as well, to make your own harness!

Have Skunk2 chipped P28 OBDI to P72 OBDII(GSR) w/jumper harness - $400

I think the P72(GSR) has the same harness to the ecu as the ITR, not sure though never tried it, email if your interested at qwkvtec78@hotmail.com
