Default Chassis Foam, Is there any current info on it?

I have a Friend that is rebuilding a '66 Caprice 2dr and I tossed up the idea of using chassis foam to make the car stronger and quieter... Do any of you guys and gals have any first hand knowledge of it and or any website with useful info on it and where to purchase?

I can only come up with old articles and would like some current info... after all technology gets old after 6 months.

thanks!

No experience, but I remember reading this article a few months back:

Mcmaster sells expanding foam spray as well. Search "spray foam"\

Good luck.

sucks to repair a car with that stuff in there, but you hope to never have to do that kind of work...

I've talked with a few people about the frame being filled with foam. Some say it works some say it's bs. I know for one it is a pain in the *** to transfer that foam into each and every crevice without it hardening to quickly. It leaks and drips everywhere.
