i have a 95 accord 4 door and i need to know if a front lip for a 96-97 accord will fit right? or at all?

 

It may line up ok with regards to length and such, but I understand the mounting points don't line up.
As I stated in a similar thread in here, we had a previous contributor who had the wrong application shipped in error, and ran into just this problem

itll "fit", u just might have to bend the lip and drill new holes
