Default Front end conversion

Hey guys, i am thinkin about doing a 1998 front end conversion on my 1992 EG HB, i know i am going to need the following :
Hood
fenders
bumper cover
headlights(going with HID's)
and the wiring for the headlights(unless i can find some headlights that come with the wiring harness)

If anyone has done this conversion, can you help me out with what all i will need to finish my swap? thanks

You forgot radiator support. And also i think your going to need to cut the fenders in half and weld them together. Not 100% sure on that one.

your going to need all the parts you listed plus a radiator support

then you have to cut your new and old fenders in half and weld the back piece of your stock fenders to the new ek fenders

Just make sure you know thet after the conversion your EG is no longer an EG

I would suggest the 99-00 frontend instead of the uglier 96-98

i had to cut the fenders, use the rad support from a 98 ek hatch...i also had to fit the lights and get the harness for the lights...i used hood pins instead of using the latch (use the latch if you can) better than hood pins for sure...but in all ive spent about ehh 500 for the hood, bumper, fenders, bumper support, rad support, and another 150 for the lights...and i got the headlight harness from the junkyard they wanted 50 for the harness i got it free lol...but its still not done i gotta line up everything and get it right...but its badass lookin im just not liking it so much anymore kinda looks like an alien bubble now and what would ya call it anway "the egek" ha

no, cut both pairs of fenders in half and weld (or tape) the stock eg half with the ek front half. just a rough sketch. dont feel like going into detail sorry
