Default Axle question, B-series

Hey guys Ive got a B20 swap, B16 Hydro tranny in a 99 Civic. Ive gone thru a few sets of B16 axles and Ive heard the 94 and up GSR and early model 90-93 Integra LS axles are stronger but wondering if true would I need to swap the intermediate shaft and the seals that go into the tranny?? Is there anything else I would need to do? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

how are you going through few sets of axles, theres people running 10's on stock axles, unless your running faster than 10's. correct me if im wrong, i think all b-series axles are the same, strength wise
