Torque specs for D16z6 head?

Anyone know what i can look up these settings without buying a book?

call honda its better than asking peps on (honda-Tech)
or go to the honda website....

if youre using arp studs (which you should) you should ignore the honda specs and do what your studs said (60lb/ft i think)
