Hello all,

Long time no post here.........................Still lurking but I am very busy with work, home life......

Anyway, Anyone have any information on where my old ITR is? It was sold to Cone (Andrew) and it was destroyed. He stripped it down and it ended up on a lot in Jersey (?)for sale. Someone IM ed me a while ago and said their friend had it.
Because of the condition I was not very interested in talking about it at the time.

But now curiosity has gotten the better of me. Anyone know if the owner posts on here. More curious to see pictures.

Well let's see...ohh yeah I forgot my damn torque wrench in that stupid car.....That had to be the longest and scariest ride to virigina....If it's any regard, some of you parts made home on my R before he ditched it for a STOOK. I have..

and my side skirts made it on to your car.....It was sad to see the slow destruction of your car...If would have had the chance I would have jumped on that before andrew did...sorry andrew but it's da truth...

and thats not dropspeeds R...That's Cone's original R but he wrecked that last winter. Then he bought Matty J's R and then it started it's slow direction into depression.

The orange one was NOT my ITR..................I will post a pic when we-todd is back up.

So this guy ruined two ITR's?

 

That's depressing about Matt's ITR . That car was a beautiful display of what an ITR should be.

Why did the buyer strip it down? For what purpose? Transferring parts onto another R?

 

sure it didnt end up in a lot in VA? because my buddy has the black one that Andrew traded in for his S2000. if thats the one, its down here in VA. i will talk to him tomorrow and see if i can get some pics for you

 

If its the R I'm thinking of, it has blacked out emblems, had some aftermarket wheels, and from what I heard it wasn't in tip top shape. I think the guy drove it down from Michigan, I talked to a friend of the owner of the S2k he traded for. It was done through a dealership, and the dealership wouldn't take the R because of its condition. A local used car dealer picked it up instead and RPRacing's friend bought it I believe. If this is the same one, I see it every couple weeks. Had I been working at the dealership at the time and not had my LS, I would of bought it.

I remember seeing it early this summer when Andrew bought Chris's SH rims for it. I never understood what was going on w/it.

 

yeah that's the one.....he knew they weren't going to give any extra money for aftermarket parts being on the car so thats why I took most of what I could get before we left for virgina...I remember driving andrews butt down to detroit to see Jensons R.. I was like, damn I want my R to that baddass...I hope it will end up like that someday..with less motor swaps of course...

 

Jensen, Jensen, Jensen... I told you I told you not to sell it and you would never forget it. This would once again be why once I sold my teg I never asked about it again or was involved with it... I probably didn't want to know. It's sad to here about it all... and yeah I wanted to give andrew (cone) **** about it, moreover it is kind of my fault, as I was the one who lined up the sale for you. Although can't be to mad cause I know you love that EVO and I still have to stop being a broke *** college kid and mod my 9-2x Aero to race you hehe.

btw I'm getting a perfect 93 Del Sol Si (pos samba green ) so I'm back in the "lets hit the 10,000rpm mark" game.

i won't say the car was destroyed, but it did get a few parts sold here and there. No reason to say the car was destroyed.

Sucks that the guy couldn't handle owning an ITR...twice.

 

i bought my ITR from a guy who rebuilds them, mine was wrecked and the dude bought it from a lot in NJ..... might be mine? if i could get the vin id know.
