1991 Accord starting valve vacum line question!!! HElp

I have a 1991 accord and the vacum line is off on the starting valve on the manifold. I need to know where that vacum hose goes to? Thanks for your time.

The line runs behind the throttle body plenum and plugs into the intake just to the left of the throttle body. You are referring to the starting booster valve.
