Need some help

I need some help. I have a 2000 Civic SI, and was wondering how do i adjust my lights? there like shining right at the ground and want them to aim up a little higher.

Is it a pain to do this?

Don't you just loosen those 2 bolts at the top, push the headlight back (so they angle up more) then tighten them back up?

but the headlight seems like its in the right position...u cant just adjust the aim somewhere on the headlight?
